Driver Etiquette

1. Arrive on time.
2. Always be courteous, respectful, and professional towards the person whose items you will be transporting.
3. If you get in an accident or your vehicle breaks down, contact customer service and keep the user informed.
4. Photograph the items you are transporting prior to loading them in the car to prevent any confusion or concerns about damage.
5. Do not allow the user to ride in your truck. Meet them at the destination.
6. Maintain your truck: check the oil and other fluid levels, tires, and brakes.
7. If a disagreement with a user occurs, reach out to PDQ Pickup customer service for assistance.
